Estate of William King of Salem

William Kinge dying intestate his widow Dorothie Kinge and his eldest son William (to whom is given two oxen to teach his brothers his trade) are ordered to dispose of the estate to William Kinge, eldest son, double portion, Samuell, second son, aged eighteen years, John, third son, aged thirteen, Mary, his daughter, wife of John Scuddr, Katherine, wife of John Swaysy, his second daughter, Hannah, his third daughter, Mehitable, his fourth daughter, aged fifteen, and Deliverance, his fifth daughter, aged nine.
Also, his brother John to serve him (William) seven years, and William to allow his mother Dorothie Kinge two shillings for her son John's service. The two younger daughters Mehitable and Deliverance (under eighteen) Mr. Batter and Sergiant Palfree to divide the portions, etc.
